- 1 cup sprouted wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup freshly ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup raw honey or “healthy” sugar (such as sucanat, Rapadura, or other unrefined sugar)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup raw milk
- 1/4 cup butter
The night before, stir oatmeal and milk together to soak overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spread in a greased pie pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
